Ori Spa provides professional massage and wellness services. Our services are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Booking Policy

All appointments are subject to availability.
A valid payment method may be required to reserve an appointment.
Booking requests submitted through our website or third-party booking platform are subject to confirmation.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

4. Late Arrival Policy

Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened service session in order to avoid delaying other appointments. The full service fee may still apply.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities, or other health-related concerns before receiving services.
Ori Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, as applicable.
Services already rendered are generally non-refundable.
Any refund exception is made solely at management's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

7. Packages, Memberships, and Gift Cards

Packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.
They may be non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Additional expiration dates, redemption conditions, or usage terms may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ori Spa shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from:

Undisclosed medical conditions or contraindications
Client failure to follow pre-service or post-service instructions
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, or connected systems
Interfere with the website's operation, security, or functionality
